What is the purpose of the ROC Asia/Pacific Support?

The purpose of the AP ROC support group is to provide Operation support and User support to the ASIA Pacific and wider EGEE communities. The Operation support includes site operation, problem tracking, service monitoring. The User support includes VO users support (TWGrid, APeSci, EUAsia), general grid users within ASIA Pacific.

For which components does ROC Asia/Pacific provide support?

We support users and administrators that using grid components.

TPM, COD or any ROC_Asia/Pacific unit, VO members using Asia resources.

Are tickets typically solved in ROC Asia/Pacific Support or reassigned elsewhere?

All tickets are emailed directly to the AP ROC support mailing list and then go into APROC OTRS ticketing system.

Who is responsible for ROC Asia/Pacific Support?

ASGC is providing ROC ASIA/PACIFIC Support.
