What is the purpose of the NGI_UA Support?
The purpose of the NGI_UA support unit is to deal with all kind of issues related to operations of grid sites and services in the Ukrainian NGI — Ukrainian National Grid (UNG).
Users' tickets related to site operation in Ukraine should be addressed to the NGI_UA support team.
For which components does NGI_UA provide support?
We support users and site administrators for all components and services deployed in the Ukrainian NGI (UNG).
Which quality of service (QoS) will you provide?
Who will assign tickets to NGI_UA Support?
The operational tickets related to Ukrainian sites raised with tools like Operations Dashboard as well as EGI user communities and EGI bodies (TPM, COD, ...). There are no special permissions required for this SU.
Are tickets typically solved in NGI_UA Support or reassigned elsewhere?
NGI_UA ROD team solve the problems or they will reassign it to the competent site administrator if needed.
