  • Requesting configuration change on the Data Transfer Service
  • Requesting information or an advice

FitSM Training

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Request quote - Quotes for training offers (typically for in-house training)
  • Request info about certificates - Request info about issues with certificates (e.g. not receiving them; lack of communication from certification authority)
  • Provide exam question feedback - Provide exam question feedback (but cannot ask which ones they got right and wrong)
  • Request info about dates - Request info about dates of potential future courses

The requests can be made through an email to EGI Foundation staff.

ISO 27001 Training

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Request quote - Quotes for training offers (typically for in-house training)
  • Request info about certificates - Request info about issues with certificates (e.g. not receiving them; lack of communication from certification authority)
  • Provide exam question feedback - Provide exam question feedback (but cannot ask which ones they got right and wrong)
  • Request info about dates - Request info about dates of potential future courses

The requests can be made through an email to EGI Foundation staff.

High-Throughput Compute

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Change a configuration setting, either general or specific to a VO (certificates, authorization rules, etc.)
  • Updating middleware or application software to provide new features
  • Providing accounting/usage information
  • Killing processes
  • Updating job execution environment
  • enable/disable a VO
  • deploy/decommission a service endpoint
  • Requesting information or an advice

The preferred way to make the requests is using the EGI Helpdesk Service (GGUS).

Online Storage

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Extending the storage quota assigned
  • Requesting a change in the storage technology
  • change a configuration setting, either general or specific to a VO (certificates, authorization rules, etc.)
  • enable/disable a VO
  • deploy/decommission a service endpoint
  • Updating middleware or application software to provide new features

EGI Check-in

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Removing personal data

Notebooks

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • New kernels or libraries for notebooks - Request new kernels to be available in the notebooks (e.g. Julia programming language) or the installation of general purpose libraries (python or other) so they persist between sessions.
  • Custom notebook environment - Allow users to run a custom environment for their notebooks. Users should provide a docker image or Dockerfile compatible with JupyterHub.
  • Access to community specific services - Request the configuration of the notebooks environment to access external community-specific services.

Replay

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Allocate extra capacity for binder execution - Request more CPU/RAM capacity for the execution of users' sessions
  • Access to community specific services - Request the configuration of the binder environment to access external community-specific services

Within this service an end user can request for following:

Within this service an end user can request for following:

  • Endorsing VM image for the VO-wide image list used by this infrastructure
  • Supporting creation of custom VM image that encapsulates training environment/software
  • Setup of a UI with training accounts
  • Requesting information or an advice

  • Add/remove a resource provider
  • Enable/disable a VO
