About SPECTRUMCoP
You can find all this information on the SPECTRUM project website, under "SPECTRUMCoP". You can also read the SPECTRUMCoP Charter.
SPECTRUMCoP is organised into different thematic Working Groups (WG):
- WG1: Data Management and Access
- WG2: Workflow Management and Organisation
- WG3: Compute Environment
- WG4: Software Tools
- WG5: Scientific Use Cases
- WG6: Facilities
For more information about the composition and purpose of these Working Groups, you can check the dedicated homepage for each Working Group in the left sidebar.
Join SPECTRUMCoP
You can join as many Working Groups as you want! Feel free to explore the pages dedicated to the different Working Groups on this Confluence.
If you would like to join SPECTRUMCoP, please send an email to spectrumcop-expression-of-interest[at]mailman[dot]egi[dot]eu.
Once you have registered for one or more SPECTRUMCoP Working Groups, you will automatically be added to the associated mailing lists. You will then receive all the information you need about future meetings.
For any questions or requests regarding this Confluence, please contact valentin.jay[at]neovia-innovation[dot]eu and Tommaso.boccali[at]gmail[dot]com.
For any questions or requests regarding the Working Groups, please contact WG chairs, listed on the main page of each WG.
Contribute to SPECTRUMCoP
The main thing you can do is contact the chair of your Working Group and attend the regular meetings.
Since November 2024, a plenary meeting is held every 15 days. You can find more information here.
To add a document (an EGI SSO account is required), go to the "Document Repository" page and click on "Create new resource entry." You can then add various details. To assign it to your Working Group, you can add a tag by clicking on the tag icon (just to the left of the padlock) and writing, for example, "WG1".
Each WG is free to use this document repository or another method if they prefer.
You can find the SPECTRUMCoP logos in this folder. If you would like to make a presentation using the SPECTRUM template, you can use this slide template here.
Please inform gwen[dot]franck[at]egi[dot]eu if you are planning a SPECTRUM presentation for a specific event.
For WG Chairs
If you want to add a member to your Working Group, please inform valentin.jay[at]neovia-innovation[dot]eu or add the new member to your WG mailing list and to the Directory of the Confluence (here are the links to these pages).
