What is the purpose of the ROC LA Support?
The purpose of ROC-LA is to provide user and operations support to the entire Latin America Grid Infrastructure, processing tickets coming from the local support helpdesk as well as tickets assigned through the GGUS interface. ROC-LA is expected to deal with problems in its region including:
- operational problems
- user problems
- deployment problems.

Installation, Configuration and Monitoring concerning the Middleware.

Tickets are typically solved by ROC_LA support team and it's sites. Whenever necessary tickets may be reassigned to another specific support unit.
Who is responsible for ROC LA Support?
The Brazil(CBPF) site team.
