RO: What's the goal of this exercise:

• CC: Develop new and contribute to existing DTs. This exercise goes to both. 1) we need to know what is being worked on, 2) we need to know what we are interested in
• RO: climate adaptation and the geophysical extremes are the more science oriented ones.

XS: Other use cases can come from interTwin & interTwin's sister projects (Bio-DT, DT-geo) and from the HPC CoEs mentioned in TECH-01-03 call (ChEESE, ESiWACE). Also hidalgo2 has some digital twins ( on wildfires & urban air ) https://www.hidalgo2.eu/

GD: We are also involved in interTwin, PaaS to build in the DTE. Be a resource provider to support use cases, trying to reuse what we are doing in interTwin.

RO: Prototyping of DTs. Do we want to deploy a small lab (co-design) that can redeploy in separate resources? From small scale to exascale and back to small scale

• If we are going to plug the output into an EuroHPC system, cloud resources may not be helpful here
