Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

Attribute Management (Int)

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Supporting new VOs

The preferred way to make the requests is using the EGI Helpdesk Service (GGUS).

Check-in (Int)

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Requesting changes to the application
  • De-registering a SP (SAML, OIDC)
  • De-registering an external IDPs (not available via eduGAIN)
  • De-registering a Community AAI IdPS
  • De-registering an Infrastructure Proxy SPs
  • Creating/deleting VOs

The preferred way to make the requests is using the EGI Helpdesk Service (GGUS).

The following are conidered as 'customer orders' and are being developed and being integrated into CRM6:

  • Registering a SP (SAML, OIDC)
  • Registering an external IDPs (not available via eduGAIN)
  • Registering a Community AAI IdPS
  • Registering an Infrastructure Proxy SPs
  • Request Check-in to access community services and IdPs

Collaboration Tools (Int)

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Requesting the creation/deletion/update of a mailing list
  • Requesting the creation/deletion/update of an SSO group
  • Requesting a change in the egi.eu DNS domain
  • Requesting a server certificate

  • Requesting creation or change of a Jira project
  • Requesting creation or change of a Confluence space
  • Requesting privileged access to a service
  • Requesting the creation of a GitHub repository in EGI Federation organisation

The preferred way to make the requests is using the EGI Helpdesk Service (GGUS) with the EGI Collaboration Tools Support Unit.

Communications

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Requesting dissemination support
  • Requesting expert support
  • Requesting training support
  • Requesting a report to assess the impact of the EGI strategy at the national level
  • Requesting the provision of resources for helping scientific community with large coverage

The requests can be made through an email to EGI Communications team, to EGI user communities support team, or to EGI Foundation staff in general.

Configuration Database (Int)

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Add a new service type
  • Add new Operations Centre
  • Add a new role to a user
  • creation of new scope tags
  • assignment of reserved scope tags
  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Requesting changes to the application

Helpdesk (Int)

  • Create Support Unit
  • Decommission Support Unit
  • Create VO Support Unit

  • create / modify metrics for the GGUS reports generator

  • Requesting changes to the application

Strategy and Policy Development

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Request to prepare a reply to a survey related to policy making
  • Request to prepare a policy brief for the EGI Council/EB
  • Request to review an MoU before signature

The requests can be made through an email to EGI Strategy and Policy team or to EGI Foundation staff in general.

Technical Coordination

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Requesting the integration of a given technology with the infrastructure
  • Proposing requirements to the technologies

The requests can be made through an email to EGI Technical Solutions team, to EGI Foundation staff in general, or by creating a requirement ticket in the related Jira project.

Validated Software and Repository

Within this service an EGI Council member can request for following:

  • Add new product
  • Add new release of an existing product
  • Create new middleware distribution
  • Update middleware distribution configuration
  • Update general documentation
  • Requesting information or an advice
  • Requesting changes to the application
