CVMFS is a distributed file system used on grid and cloud sites, also local clusters for software distribution for numerous VOs (including LHC and EGI supported VOs). This support unit deals with operational matters of EGI CVMFS service run by STFC RAL. EGI PROC20 and PROC22 procedures are of specific interest as the related tickets have to be assigned to this SU.
