What is the purpose of the CRIC Support?
CRIC stands for Computing Resource Information Catalogue, this is a new component of the WLCG IS which provides generic WLCG topology information and VO-specific configuration required for workload and data management systems of the LHC VOs. The purpose of the CRIC support is to follow up on incidents of the CRIC service.
For which components does CRIC provide support?
For all CRIC instances (CMS, ATLAS, WLCG).
