What is the purpose of the AfricaArabia Support?
AfricaArabia provides support to sites registered in the Africa-Arabia Regional Operations Centre. These are in the geographical area spanning Africa and the countries served by the Arab States Regional Network (ASREN). It provides monitoring of these sites and assists with operational issues. It provides site administrator training and limited user support.
For which components does AfricaArabia provide support?

Which quality of service (QoS) will you provide?
Who will assign tickets to AfricaArabia Support?
TPM (or any SU) can assign general requests for support from users using the AfricaArabia resources. There are no special permissions required for this SU
Are tickets typically solved in AfricaArabia Support or reassigned elsewhere?
Tickets can be solved by the support unit, the sites themselves or can be solved by other Support Units, if the issue has been escalated.
