Marked as deprecated. LCAS is in principle deprecated since its normal uses are also covered
by LCMAPS. We have a version for EL9, but mostly because it makes it easier to build the lcas-lcmaps-gt4-interface. LCAS should not be used unless people have a very specific use-case and should then contact us to see whether we can support it.
