FAQ FOR NGI_NDGF SUPPORT UNIT

Helpdesk: GGUS (Operations Helpdesk by TPM)
NGI_NDGF support deals with operations primarily related to t= he LHC T1/T2/T3 resources that reside in the Nordic countries and, initiall= y, the Baltic countries. It is operated by NDGF, which in itself is a distr= ibuted T1 organisation. The support group monitors the state of the NDGF in= frastructure using the tools provided by both EGI and NDGF. It does NOT pro= vide general USER support.
NGI_NDGF provides support for ARC middleware and limited supp= ort for gLite middleware.

Tickets assigned to NGI_NDGF are appropriately reassigned to = sites, where applicable, or handled directly, when related to NDGF-T1.
