What is the purpose of the LS AAI 2l Support?

The Life Science Authorization and Authentication (LS AAI) service is an AAI Community Proxy service dedicated to the Life Science community. This service is made up of several components managed by different organizations. This Support Unit will be used for the advanced support of the LS AAI service components provided by EGI.

For which components does LS AAI 2l provide support?

EGI LS AAI service components are Hostel IdP and Attribute Management (PERUN)

Which quality of service (QoS) will you provide?

Advanced

Who will assign tickets to LS AAI 2l Support?

The Support Unit will be used by the LS AAI 1st level support team (by external helpdesk) in case of activation of the escalation procedure. 

Are tickets typically solved in LS AAI 2l Support or reassigned elsewhere?

The LS AAI 2l supporters either resolve the matter and solve the ticket or they assign the ticket to another support unit.

Who is responsible for LS AAI 2l Support?

The persons responsible for LS AAI 2l are: Valeria Ardizzone (EGI) and Jana Broncova (Masaryk University/CESNET)
